Levi Armstrong obit notice

Levi Armstrong

Levi Armstrong
PRICE - Levi Christopher Armstrong, age 15, was called home on July 20, 2013. He was born on Sept. 26, 1997 in Price to Chris Armstrong and Kym Ockey Melo. Levi was family to many, but a best friend to more. Although Levi's journey through life was short he touched the lives of many. Always making their bad days better, with a kind word, listening ear, funny joke, or comment. His favorite past times were hunting, camping, fishing, playing sports and cracking jokes. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his loving family, friends and his beautiful girlfriend. Levi was known to be the protector of his siblings. He was kind, intelligent, compassionate, soft- hearted, determined, hardworking and had a great sense of humor with a dare devil streak containing a mischievous smile. Everyone around him young and old alike was able to look up to him and find qualities that they admired. Levi was always seeking out new challenges and adventures. He loved testing limits, especially his own. He taught those around him to look on the bright side of any situation and he made everyone's lives better by just by being in it. Survived by his great grandmother, Dee Lister; grandparents, John (Janet) Armstrong, Scherl and Brenda Wayman and Ron Ockey; parents, Chris (Brandie) Armstrong, Kym Ockey Melo; siblings, Kyra (Ethan) Preston, Zakhary (Kaleigh) Armstrong, HayLee Armstrong, Alyssa Armstrong, Aspyn Armstrong, Preston Melo, MeMarie Melo, Presly White, Kourage White (his partner in crime), Tayton White; nephews, Tripp Preston, Aiden Preston, Rieker Armstrong; niece, Kashleigh Armstrong; aunts and uncles, Dennis (Ann) Milano, Vince (Angie) Turner, Janet Roedel, Jimmy (Becky) Allen; soul mate Johnni Cloward, and their unborn son; many other aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and his brotherhood of friends. This is an e-mail I got from Gary Moffitt---if any of you have unique or interesting memories of Bill Thomas would you please post them to this blog or on the Hiawatha Utah page. Thanks Wally.
Hi Wally,
Would you mind posting, on your Hiawatha Blog and see if those who remember Bill Thomas could post their remembrances for his family in Alaska.  They would like to know about his younger years and family when they lived in Hiawatha.  I remember him but he was a little older than me and I do not remember a lot about him.  His family would appreciate it.  His son contacted me and I told him I would see what I could do.

Thanks,
Gary Moffitt
