Steven R Baldwin

Steven R Baldwin passed away Saturday, February 23rd, 2013 after a long hard fight against cancer.  Steve was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Wallace and Neldona Baldwin on July 11th, 1957 and attended school in both Idaho and Utah graduating from Granite High School.  Steve spent many years as a diesel mechanic for several trucking companies in the SL Valley – most recently working as a Shop Foreman at L W Miller Transportation.  He had a love for classic muscle cars and spent many enjoyable hours working on the restoration of his 1966 Chevelle SuperSport.  Steve’s happiest moments were working on his car and hanging out with his close friends.

Steve was preceded in death by his mother in December 2012 and his wife, Tanya “Annie” Baldwin in September 2000.  Survived by his Father and 3 sisters – Tammi, Melinda, and Jenn.

We would like to thank those who cared for Steve as he battled his cancer – both friends and Doctors.  A special thanks to his best friend, Allen Tenwolde, who spent many hours by his side providing comfort and support.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 27th, 2013 at 11 AM at the Syracuse City Cemetery – 1290 S. 1000 W. in Syracuse, Utah.
